At Sugarplum Store, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure all garments are free from makeup, perfume, or alterations to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been confirmed via email.
